About Jarrett Glosson - Regional Director:
Jarrett Glosson’s journey is rooted in his commitment to family and personal growth. As a husband to his wife, Autumn, of 22 years, and a proud dog owner to Benson, a miniature Bernedoodle, Jarrett’s values are deeply connected to his personal life. His passion for financial services was ignited at a young age, and he’s been dedicated to helping others protect their legacies ever since. With a love for travel and self-development, Jarrett has visited 16 countries, with Italy being his favorite. Outside of work, he’s an active member of his church and a fan of the Tennessee Titans.
Professionally, Jarrett joined Modern Woodmen in March 2007, bringing with him a background in media sales, where he worked for Charter Media (now Spectrum) in B2B and airtime sales. His broad experience in media sales has given him a unique perspective on building relationships and offering tailored financial solutions. As Regional Director, Jarrett is passionate about developing a team that works together to build successful businesses, while helping families achieve financial security and peace of mind. His leadership is grounded in integrity, personal growth, and his unwavering dedication to the community.

Christopher Schults, Financial Representative:
- Year Started with MWA: February of 2016
- Prior to MWA: Chris previously ran his own cabinet business and was a volunteer firefighter.
- Passionate About: Chris is deeply involved with his church and enjoys spending time with his wife, Alicia, and their three daughters. He combines his love for golf with fraternal work to give back to his community. Chris is a Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan and enjoys working out. Born and raised in Florida, he values his family and community.
Lenny Cannova, Financial Representative:

- Prior to MWA: Lenny was a pizza shop owner before deciding to transition into the Modern Woodmen role.
- Passionate About: Lenny enjoys spending time with his wife, Lynn, their two daughters, and their grandchildren. He is passionate about golf, boating, and working on motorized projects such as motorcycles, ATVs, and jet skis. Lenny is a member of a boat club and loves spending time on the water. He is also a Chicago Bears fan.
Kristina Ribali, Managing Partner:

- Prior to MWA: Kristina worked in non-profit and donor relations before joining Modern Woodmen.
- Passionate About: Kristina and her husband, JD, were instrumental in starting a campus of their church and are passionate about serving their community. They are dedicated to helping children become entrepreneurs through JD’s BizKidz program, which provides coaching and opportunities for kids to sell products and compete for cash prizes. Kristina loves to mentor the children involved in these events.

Position Overview: As a Financial Professional at Modern Woodmen, you play a vital role in addressing members' financial needs, demonstrating leadership in the community, and driving the growth of the local office. Our Region provides an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial well-being of individuals and families in the local communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve members' financial needs by providing tailored financial solutions.
- Exemplify leadership in the community through active involvement and engagement.
- Drive the growth of the local office by recruiting, training, and developing financial representatives.
- Build and nurture a high-performing team to contribute to the success of Modern Woodmen.
Qualifications:
- Life License (required or willingness to quickly reinstate/obtain)
- SIE, 6 (required to obtain if not active)
- Strong community connection
- Leadership skills and effective communication ability
- Strong background in sales or customer service

Training and Development:
You will receive comprehensive training through Modern Woodmen University and have opportunities for both in-person and Zoom leadership training sessions. Following foundational training, our Region is committed to providing extensive field and office support to new Managing Partners. This hands-on approach continues until you achieve self-sufficiency in both skills and development.
